The space
The home is in a wonderful location, walking distance to practically everything. We renovated this home is 2019. But note it was originally built in 1905, you may find some quirks and signs of wear in some areas, including some of the door frames. Windows cannot be opened. Water pressure can be unpredictable not only because of the age of the home, but also because of the water conservation laws passed to prevent waste. We’ve given this home love, care, and some modern touches & we continue to update every year. If you are not a fan of old homes we ask that you do not book our property.
