I can not say enough about this rental. It has incredible views, steps away from both the ocean and the bay. Clean and so well stocked with everything you could need. Jules and her team were so quick to respond. I will book here every year!

The pictures didnt do this place justice. Walking distance to everything, home had plenty of space and the views were absolutely amazing. The host made the check in process super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, very clean and organized. The host was amazing and checked in with us multiple times and very easy to communicate with. Will book again!

This property is the best we’ve ever stayed at and we are 100% coming back. It is authentically 20 steps to the sand. The second and the third floor have fantastic Bay views. The outdoor shower was so amazing since my boys loved getting very sandy! Everyone in the area was friendly. I did not see any drug use or partying that I would want my 5 & 7 year old to see. As a woman, I was so comfortable that I often went on walks alone. The property also had a tremendous amount of sand toys and beach accessories, including paddle boards and more! I feel lucky that we were able to stay at this property and I cannot wait to stay again. Also, in my search for properties, a lot of them did not have air-conditioning but this one does! It was so nice being in the hot sun all day and stepping into the ice cold rental. And even the closets have AC vents if a family were to put a crib or twin blow up mattress in it. We drive a Toyota RAV4 and it fit in the garage no problem. We got Uber Eats multiple times, groceries delivered and walked everywhere else. We did not need to drive our car anywhere this entire trip! Walking distance to everything. I can’t say enough…. this is the best property ever! I wish we lived here full-time!
