Find yourself traveling from 5500 up to 9000ft in just 25 minutes through Manitou Springs, Cascade, Green Mountain Falls, Woodland Park, and Divide. Located only 95 minutes from the driveway to the lot 9 parking at Breckenridge, this property is perfect for the skier or snowboarder who doesn’t want to pay ski town pricing!
