I chose Marina Del Rey specifically because it offers the best of both worlds: it is incredibly quiet and serene, yet you are walking distance to everything. We are located on a peaceful loop right on the water, so you escape the noise of the city, but a short walk along the promenade takes you to Mother’s Beach, the Venice Canals, or the lively restaurants on Washington Blvd.

The true magic of this unit is its ground-floor waterfront location. Being on the 1st floor means you don't just see the marina; you feel connected to it. You can step right out to the patio to enjoy your coffee while watching the boats drift by at eye level. Inside, the layout is rare and highly desirable having 2.5 bathrooms means both bedrooms serve as private suites, plus there is a separate powder room for guests, ensuring total privacy for everyone.
