良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
The location of the house is what we wanted. Had a park close to walk in and a nice neighborhood. But the house wreaked of pot. Very strong smell when we entered the front door. Had to open the upstairs windows and air it out. Took a couple of days before most of the strong smell left...There was ice on the top step at the front door, which we chopped out the next morning, Ice at the back gate, which couldn't hardly get through, to take the garbage out.. Signs of some one living there. Open ice cream in the freezer and condiments in the refrig. The floors were dirty, but overall clean. We were late getting to the house by a day and Kevin worked with us. We had a 3 year old and a new baby with us. Not a good place to have them with the pot smell .

The property had frozen ice due to the freezing weather temperatures very uncontrollable. My team did try to remove most of the frozen ice as they could due to it being stuck to ground. The house was professionally cleaned before the guest arrived to the property, if the floor was dirty it was due to tracking of snow from them step in and out the home !

Pot of greasy water on stove Microwave not clean Perishable food in fridge Prime toilet dirty Only 1 ceiling fan worked Dryer did not work and very dirty Kitchen: only 1 fork and 3 dinner plates Smoke alarm chirping No toilet paper anywhere Owner did fix TP, forks, and smoke alarm chirping. Over all not clean and nowhere near as described A hole appears punched in one bedroom door. Toilet seats were not secure. No instructions about wifi; had to call owner. Although it was not summer, the pool was drained and as a pool owner myself, it did not appear usable if it was filled. It seemed that someone was living there and only vacated when it was rented. I give the worst review.
