• No parties or events are allowed at any time.
• Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

🌙 Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours between 7am- 9pm both outside the home.

🏊 Pool Rules
• No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk
• No glass in or around the pool
• No diving, running, or roughhousing
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Rinse off before entering the pool if dirty
• Use provided pool towels only—please do not use bath towels outside
• No food in the pool
