About this space
GORGEOUS 3-story home in Blue Mountain Beach! PRIME LOCATION!
6-Seater LSV/golf cart and 4 bikes included complimentary!
Featuring a large private heated pool, endless sun loungers, a BBQ grill, huge backyard, private first floor, TWO kitchens, THREE living areas, two expansive balconies, kitchen island seating up to 7, a bunk room, and MORE!
WALKING DISTANCE to the beach, restaurants, and other local favorites!
The space
Welcome to 'Beachside Birch!'
AMENITIES GALORE in this stunning coastal home in Gulfview Heights - the most desirable location!
Step inside the first floor to find a quiet and inviting space, perfect for guests wanting a little extra privacy. This floor includes a cozy living area, a small dining table for four, and a secondary full kitchen just across the hallway! Also on this floor are the first two bedrooms, both with Queen beds, sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. One of these bedrooms also has direct access to the front of the home/driveway.
Through the living room, access the huge backyard oasis, complete with a private pool, two built-in loungers on the sun shelf, ten additional loungers surrounding the pool, and a large grass area perfect for entertainment.
Take the exterior stairs up to the second floor, where the main living room awaits with plenty of natural light flowing through the windows. The open-concept floor plan flows right into the main chef's kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space and cabinets, plus a large L-shaped island with seating for seven. Just past the kitchen is the dining room, with a lovely wooden table for an additional six guests. Step out from the living room onto the expansive second-floor balcony, featuring a BBQ grill and views overlooking the backyard.
Also on the second floor, you'll find the laundry room as well as the master bedroom, complete with a King bed, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.
All the way up on the third floor, unwind on the cozy hallway sofa or retreat to one of the last three bedrooms. Two of these three bedrooms have Queen beds and access to a shared balcony, and share a spacious jack-and-jill bathroom with two separate sink-and-toilet areas (one on each side) and a central shower/tub combination that can be closed off to function as two private half baths when needed. The final bedroom is a bunk room with one set of Queen-over-Queen bunk beds.
There is parking for up to 4-5 cars in the driveway.
You're just a short walk to the public beach access, and less than a mile from the vibrant Gulf Place, offering shopping, local cuisine, live music, and more!
**Please note that the first floor has a separate entrance and cannot be accessed from the upper two floors.

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.
WALKING distance to the beach, Local Catch, Goatfeathers Seafood & Market, and more!
Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!
Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.
Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to the LSV/golf cart.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
