Check out this amazing studio condo at Mountain Valley Lodge. With vaulted ceilings, views of Maggie Pond, the Quicksilver Lift and Ten Mile Range, this condo also features access to an outdoor heated pool, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center, pool table and many other amenities. Walk just 2-3 minutes to get to the Quicksilver Superchair for mountain access or 2-3 minutes in the other direction for easy access to Main Street and downtown Breckenridge. This condo checks all the boxes!
The space:
• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a full meal

• On-site garage height clearance 7'0", next door overflow garage height clearance 7'2".
• Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will need to park at the Ice Rink overnight pay Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
*Please note that overnight overflow parking in Breckenridge is limited.
Great location:
• Next to Main Street Station and located directly on Maggie Pond
• 2-3 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9). Simply cross the bridge from the Marriott building to the Quicksilver Lift. While Airbnb considers this ski-in/out, we want to fully disclose that you cannot ski right up to the front door of the condo.*
• 1 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes walk to Main Street and downtown Breckenridge.
• The closest ski rental place is in the building, Charter Sports, located on the ground level. You can access it from the parking level.
• There is a ticket office where you can pick up your passes in the Maggie, the building just below the Quicksilver Superchair.
* Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Projected closing date 4/12/26.

Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided at the pool.

• Discounts! We have prearranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
• We are local, responsive and have over 20 years of property management experience
• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.
• Well-stocked properties with quality items.
Guest access:
Guests will check-in at the 24 hour front desk and receive a key card that will be good for the dates of their stay and provide access to the underground parking area and the amenities.
*Please note the front desk is managed by the Marriott, which is a separate company from ourselves. They provide keys and can answers questions about the building or assist with the facilities. Any questions or requests regarding the condo must be directed toward us.
Other things to note:
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of High Altitude.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
