Majestic Paradise II is one of our favorite Shipyard units - and we've stayed all over Truman Annex over the past 25 years. Jim is an excellent host and the townhome is comfortable, clean, and very nicely appointed. The photos are accurate. It feels like you are staying as a guest in someone's well maintained home. The half-bath on the main floor is a nice convenience that you don't see in most of the townhomes we've stayed in. Excellent place. Excellent stay.

Loved Key west

Great rental! Owners were great in communication before trip to help prepare to make most of time. Unit is close to EVERYTHING…State Park beach, Duvall Street, restaurants, bars, shopping. 2 available bikes were a fantastic bonus! We will be back to Key West and this unit!

Family respite gathering

Our family gathered from throughout US to relax in sunshine and along shore and to enjoy each other. Great location in Key West and the townhouse was magnificant...very clean, numerous sitting areas-both in and outside...extremely comfortable.

Great house, great location to most of the Key West Old Town attractions. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and bars, close to Ft Zach park. The owner was great to work with. Definitely would stay again.

Quaint neighborhood, great location

You cannot go wrong renting at the Truman Annex. We have stayed here many times and this particular properry was one of our favorites. Plus, the owners are very accommodating.

Loved the condo!!!!

The pictures don’t do it justice! Great place and location!! Checking in and out was super easy and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had and extremely friendly!!! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay @ Truman Annex 212

House is well stocked, clean & easy access to all the sights of Key West. The pool was a very welcomed treat after a great day of sight seeing. The condo is centrally located to many bars and restaurants, Fort Zachary, Duval Street and many museums.

Great Vacation

The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Everything you would ever want to do and see is within walking distance. Our kids are ages 14, and 15 and they had a terrific time whether it was walking to varios attractions or going out on the many excusions we did. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect property & location for a family vacation!

The property is clean, updated, and has everything you need for a great family vacation. Location is close to everywhere you want to be, but private at the same time. Jim and Colleen were very friendly and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. We hope to be back again soon!

Key West paradise

Great property, best location in Key West. Comfortable beds and upscale furnishings. Have stayed in Key West at least a few dozen times and this is the best experience I’ve had. The owner is very responsive and friendly. True 5 star experience.

Wonderful vacation

Our family came down to enjoy Lobster Fest. Everything was perfect- the condo was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Jim and Colleen were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was right! We look forward to returning next summer!!

A wonderful fall getaway!

We had a great time during our trip to Key West. The home was exactly as listed, in a great location convenient to everywhere, and had everything we could need. We really appreciated the extras like a beach bag and cooler, the bicycles, beach chairs, and more. We cannot wait for our next visit down and hope to stay here again!

My wife and I purchased this Town House after owning the Condo next door. Key West is our favorite place to escape to. You can truly get on 'island time' here. Whether you are just hanging out on the sundeck or by the pool, biking around the island, or bar hopping, Key West has something to offer everyone. There is really more to do here than most people have the time to do. This can be your home away from home also.

We purchased here because we are located in a private community Truman Annex. We are just two blocks from Duval Street, and do not need a car when we are there. You can just hang out, or be in the heart of everything. Your choice.

This wonderful 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 Bathroom Town House is owner's second home and has just been beautifully and professionally decorated. Fresh paint throughout, all new hardwood flooring, new kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, and brand new designer furnishings make this a home away from home. A large rear courtyard with a brick deck perfect for entertaining. Located in the heart of old town Key West, Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes and condominiums. There is an inviting heated swimming pool on premises.

Our home has been featured on the cover of The Key West newspaper because of the 'islandy feel'.

All dining, shopping, and night life are within walking distance from your door. One of the highest-rated national park and beach areas in America is just a short walk away. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is fully equipped for long, enjoyable stays. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush. Life is good in the Keys! Walk or bike to shopping, dining, fishing, entertainment, beaches, sunsets, Mallory Square, and Duval Street.
