Beautiful Breck Condo, block from Main and Gondola

Enjoy the perfect Breckenridge getaway at this beautifully updated, centrally located Ski Hill condo. Walk to the gondola, hiking trails, shops, and dining—no rental car needed while you’re in town. If you do drive, one on-site parking spot is included; additional vehicles can be parked in nearby paid lots.

This lodge-style retreat features thoughtful upgrades throughout, including a wall-mounted 55" TV, new stainless-steel appliances, modern lighting, and plush, comfortable furnishings. Sleeps up to 8 with a king bed in the primary bedroom, full-over-full bunk in the loft, and a leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Amenities include:
• Year-round hot tub
• Seasonal outdoor pool (closed during winter)
• Covered parking
• On-site coin-operated laundry on each floor
• Direct access to the Breckenridge Free Ride bus
• Walkable access to the BreckConnect Gondola

Included basics: Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and extra trash bags.

Important notes:
• Absolutely no pets allowed. Evidence of pets will result in a minimum $200 deduction for extra cleaning and/or HOA fines.
• The loft is accessed via a spiral staircase upgraded in November 2024 (now 1 foot wider). By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using a spiral staircase.
• The hot tub operates year-round but may close briefly in late September–October due to fall leaf debris.

We live just over an hour away in Golden, CO, and provide 24/7 on-call support if any issues arise during your stay.

Fabulous location!! My fiance and I stayed at this property in September, which is a wonderful time to be in Colorado. This condo is one block away from Main Street. We would definitely stay here again for the location! It was super convenient to get anywhere within Breckenridge and we barely used our rental car and walked pretty much everywhere.I would be cautious if there are more than 2 adults staying at this property. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable and I could feel each individual spring in the mattress. I would not want to sleep there. Realistically this is a good space for 2 adults. It would be a tight squeeze if you had more people.

Early Summer Hiking

This was the perfect spot for a mid-June hiking trip. We used the pool daily, had a lot of room to spread out, and were able to walk to Main Street easily. The host was wonderful with communication and I will look forward to staying here again!

Comfortable & Cozy

My family of 4 enjoyed very much this place. Beds are comfortable and layout it’s great for families. Love the 2 sinks upstairs because of the privacy and I have 2 daughter so they can take over lol plus there is that extra shower downstairs. We walked everywhere, the gondola it’s super close also Main Street. We totally enjoyed it here.

Great place but not 2 bedrooms

The condo is in a great spot, easy access to the mountain and town. Good facilities and very well equipped. Caveat is that it states it is 2 bedrooms but it isn’t - one is a bunk bed on the mezzanine and is open to the rest of the apartment. So whoever sleeps there has no privacy and will have to put up with the noises of the property eg dishwasher.

Amazing stay

I have been coming to Breck for 20 years and this was another amazing spot to stay in. From serious skiers to people that just want to enjoy town, it’s an amazing space in a great location! Will stay again!

Short and Sweet Ski Stay

Booked Monday-Friday for 3 days of skiing at Breckenridge. Great location, with an easy walk to the gondola and even easier walk back from the slopes. Condo was light and airy, clean (which is super important to me), and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, loft beds were adequate for the kids. Short walk to town for restaurants and shopping. We didn’t use the laundry or hot tub, but they were easy to access had we wanted to. Would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend in the mountains

Lovely stay in the mountain town. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. There was work going on in the condos around us. The workers were very polite and courteous.

Breck Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely convenient location to downtown, which made shops and dining extremely accessible. The only difficulty we encountered consisted of the outlets in the bathrooms not working and we could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Other than tbose minor things, this is a fantastic place to stay!

Well equipped condo close downtown and transport

Well-equipped kitchen. Newly and generally well decorated. Be aware that the master BR is up the spiral staircase that’s shown in the picture and shares a jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom with the loft. Getting suitcases up the spiral staircase might be a challenge for some. Also note that noise from outside (hot tub and/or other revelers) can be easily heard in the kitchen and LR (didn’t seem to be a problem in BR).

Convenient location

We had pretty good stay over all, place even dough small but roomy at the same time. Short walk to gondola but not in ski boots! and it was a little challenging for my 10 year old to carry his skis and boots. Short walk to Main st. is a bonus too. The biggest downside of this unit is very narrow twisted staircase to get to bedrooms upstairs, even though it looks pretty cool but getting full size suitcase up there is a challenge and gets very crowded by the bunk bed area with bags and suit cases , we made it work but I would say definitely account for it when you book this condo. Other then that we were pretty happy with our stay. Thank you!

We will be back! What a homey experience we had! From the feel of the condo, closeness to town, closeness to the grocery store, and ease of access. My toddler & teen both loved it! We will be back again! We absolutely loved it!

Great time

We had a great time. Snow was great. The condo was just as advertised. Central location. It was comfortable for our family of 6. Well stocked. Convenient location for ski in on 4 O'clock. The walk to the lift to ski out was a little challenging for the younger kids, 8 and 9 years old. I dropped them off most days.

Great Place! Great Location!

The condo was was clean and affordable. Within a 5 min walk to Gondola and very close to the Gondola Ski Back run. The hot tub was hot and cleaned daily. Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or 5.

Perfect location with everything you need!

We had a wonderful trip! We plans to cook all our meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed! Perfect location between Main Street and the Peak.

Weekend Vacation

We had a great time in Breckenridge and at our Condo. It was located just right off of Main Street and close to all the fun. We had a great time with the pool and hot tub as well. Great property!
