🌊 POOL DETAILS:

The private pool is heated between 78-82 degrees, depending on the time of year. Complimentary spa heat is set to 94 degrees.



If you require the pool or spa to be heated to a higher temperature, please notify us at least 48 hours before your stay to allow adequate time for the pool to heat. Additional pool heat is available for $35 per day.



Pool pumps will not function below 65 degrees Fahrenheit outside temperature. This is only relevant in colder months. Please be aware of this when requesting additional pool heating.

Lost Items: In the event that personal belongings are left at the property after checkout, we will do our best to return them to you if we find them. Please notify us asap so we have the opportunity to assist with locating the lost items. Management is not responsible for any personal belongings.
