This place was perfect for our needs. There was a separate bedroom with a king bed; a large closet; full bathroom with a shower; a living room with a pullout sofa for our adult son and a television; a mini fridge (with small freezer), sink, eating dishes and utensils, and a microwave; and a full size washer and dryer. The place is quiet and roomy for three adults. There is a separate entrance on the side, so we never had to bother the tenants. The tenants were very accommodating and communication was excellent!

This VRBO was good and we communicated easily with the host. Location was great for what we were looking for and there are several coffee shops, grocery store and pool nearby. Bed was comfortable, there was plenty of Kuerig coffee and Wi Fi was good. There were several negatives about our 2 week VRBO stay. First, you could hear everything going on in the hosts main house from our lock off. Lots of people come and go from the hosts home and especially late into the night/earth morning. We did not enjoy hearing their conversations above us in our bedroom, to loud. Secondly, it was frustrating too have to constantly reach out to the host or different things. When we arrived, our in-law suite lock off was 66 and freezing, we tried to change the thermostat (higher/warmer) then waited until the next day to see if that worked. It didn’t. We had to reach out to the host about it and they changed the temperature in the main house to see if that made a difference. 70-72 would have been great and all was ok for a few days but, it ended up 74-75 then. Again, reached out to host and let them know that it was too hot and needed to be lowered to a comfortable temperature.
