Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Ocean Pines. Just 12 minutes to Ocean City, Md. and 20 minutes to Fenwick Island. This lovely four-bedroom retreat features a king bed, queen bed, full bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen futon, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, both with a relaxing bathtub with grab bars. Fully stocked with baby items such as a pack n play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. The excellent climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round with both air conditioning and heating as well as a gas fireplace. Whether you’re unwinding in the screened porch after a day of exploring, spending the evening in the game room or gathering for a cozy evening in the large backyard around the fire pit, this superb house offers a welcoming atmosphere. Ocean Pines community offers many amenities including 5 swimming pools, private beach, 18 hole golf course, 3 restaurants, 2 marinas, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, ponds, playgrounds and walking trails. Small dogs are welcome upon approval with an additional pet fee. Book now and enjoy everything this house and community has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Booking, checking in, communication and checking out was all super easy. The house is very clean and decorated nicely. One main reason we chose this property was the fact that it is pet friendly. The covered porch was a nice place for morning coffee and breakfast. The fenced backyard is awesome with a nice fire pit with seating all around. The cameras and security around the outside are understandable to protect the property but we honestly didn’t like the ring cameras as we felt that we were being monitored constantly. Even with the cameras, we would definitely rent this property again.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay! I understand your concern with the cameras but we do not monitor them while renters are in the home. They are used for security when there are no renters. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

most attractions in OC were within about a 20-minute drive, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go while still enjoying a quieter place to stay. One of our favorite features was the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. The house had everything we needed, including bed linens, towels, a fun game room, and a great fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle free.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. There are at least 20 bath towels located in the linen closet in the hallway available for guests to use.

We chose Ocean Pines because of all the community amenities as well as the fact that it’s close to ocean city but peaceful and quiet to come home to.

What makes our property so special is being able to relax in the screened porch, our nice fenced in back yard with a fire pit and a game room in the garage with ping pong, foosball and darts.
