Welcome to The Coastline — a direct oceanfront studio perched on the 4th floor with sweeping views up and down the coast. Step onto the open air walkway balcony, feel the salt air, and watch Daytona Beach come alive below you.

This oceanfront studio is thoughtfully set up for a comfortable coastal stay. You'll find a king bed, a pull out sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV, and everything you need to relax and unwind. Sleeps up to 4 guests. The unit opens onto a shared walkway balcony with direct ocean views — a great spot to take in the coastline and feel the breeze.

A note on current renovations: We believe in full transparency. The tiki bar, restaurant, and two outdoor pools are temporarily closed along with half the pool deck. The parking garage is also temporarily closed. What remains fully open: one indoor pool, one outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, workout room, and full beach access. We'd rather you know upfront than be surprised on arrival — any questions, just ask!

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. You'll receive detailed arrival instructions on the day of check-in with your secure keyless door code for easy self check-in. Early check-in is available as a paid upgrade — contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Located at 2700 N Atlantic Ave, you're right in the heart of Daytona Beach's famous oceanfront strip. Building amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and workout room. Surface lot parking is available in the main and overflow lots at no charge — parking garage is temporarily closed and trailers are not permitted. Steps from restaurants, bars, and shops along Atlantic Avenue. Publix and Marshalls nearby for quick errands.
