Where to begin lol… I was expecting the villa to be like the condos, with fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a very small 2 top burner. And a microwave/oven. No washer no dryer! I guess I misread! And definitely not enough towels or wash cloths available. (Since no washer/dryer) They only provided 5. Family let us come to their condo to wash them up each day. Condo was clean and decorated cute. But won’t be renting a Villa again.

The amenities provided are clearly described in the property details so guests can review what is included prior to booking. Can do much better than that

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was mediocre at best and that is being modest. TV didn't work at all. Pics say 50" TV but 2 22 inch screens. Horrific!! And to add insult to injury, the dresser had a peg missing because it had to be stationed on the wall or it would've rocked. Was not satisfied at all but the Mgr of the unit was compassionate and we appreciate the canter. As I said to her, cannot endorse the property to anyone i know. Much work is needed. Thank you

Regarding the television, we were unable to verify the issue during our follow-up, but we are always happy to investigate and correct any maintenance concerns that are reported. We will also inspect the dresser you mentioned to ensure everything is in proper working order. This unit is accurately advertised with its sleeping arrangements and is best suited for the maximum occupancy listed in the description. We encourage guests to review the property details carefully before booking to ensure the accommodations are the right fit for their group. While we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations, we appreciate your acknowledgment of our manager's efforts to assist you. We sincerely wish you the best in your future travels.
