The Space:

Pull into the home and enter through the garage into a convenient mudroom, furnished with a bench and plenty of hooks to store all your gear, no matter the season.



The modern kitchen, featuring new appliances and a center island, is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. With an open floor plan, you’ll love dining in the picturesque dining room by the gas fireplace.



Off the kitchen/dining area, you'll find the cozy reading room/office, where you can curl up with a good book while enjoying mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows.



The expansive living room offers ample space for everyone to gather, play board games, or watch a favorite movie after a day of fresh mountain air. The kids will love the basement, complete with a ping-pong table and plenty of room to play.



The main level features a King guest bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the primary bedroom boasts a King bed, a pull-out couch, and a large desk—perfect for quiet work. The second King guest bedroom, located at the opposite end of the hallway, has windows overlooking the pond, so you can wake up to tranquil water views. Both bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Two garage spaces available - non heated garage. Room for up to 2 additional cars in driveway.
