Perfect for monthly or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Walk to nearby cafés, bars, and City Creek Center. After exploring the slopes, trails, or downtown nightlife, unwind in the rooftop pool, fitness studio, or gaming lounge.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
