Welcome to Edwards Mill in Raleigh, NC! Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. Dive into the deep end at our refreshing pool featuring a three-tier sundeck, serve up some friendly competition on the private pickleball court, or let your pup run wild in the massive 5,000-square-foot Bark Park.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
