Me and my wife were very pleased with such a layout of a comfortable cozy studio apartment very clean located in the right area of ocean Blvd for us. We enjoyed the stay and look forward to booking this same room in the near future. Thank you again Janet for being an incredible host 5 rating across the board.

Exactly as pictured, the view OMG, bed super comfy, room updated and clean (no sand no bugs) Smart TV worked well, wifi worked, in room AC worked great, nice hot water, just steps from the beach!!!Things to know: so this little room is in what USED to be a resort hotel but now each room is an individually owned condo. And the main property is managed by an HOA. The main property is a definite fixer upper lol but the old online reviews from the previous hotel/resort (talking about unhoused people in the parking garage or pools being closed/green) are not valid anymore.Sept 2026 HOA has pools, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub all open and working. The onsite gym and sauna were open and available. While the garage and hallways are run down, they were well lit and clean. There was plenty of space to lounge outdoors, a couple of propane fireplaces out back, and a great little patio area with several grills available.There is no on site restaurant/bar and no "employees" on site. It's more like a fun apartment building now :)Janet was awesome to chat with with and made a point to check in that everything was going well... and it was!As a solo traveler, I'd stay here again! Could also recommend for couples or a pair of friends.
