Went On Vacation To Find Our Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother and I went to Myrtle Beach to vacation again for about the 30th time since we were kids. The difference this time was we were also looking for a home to buy in the area. Sand Dunes was awesome, great ocean view, great time, great everything. We enjoyed our stay and also found our home...Win, Win, we highly recommend staying at Sand Dunes.

Very clean and quiet no complaints about the room only thing is wish there was 1 roll of toiley paper for people who fly in so we dont have to stop at a store on the way from the airport.

This was our first family vaction and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was right on the ocean and super close to a lot of activites my family and I planned. Small area but juat what the 3 of us needed for the week. We would absolutely book this room again.

Beautiful views and nice clean room with just enough amenities. The property had an indoor and outdoor pool and was oceanfront. The only issue we had was we were not permitted to use the water park but other than that we had a lovely vacation.

July stay

We only stayed here for four nights because we were going to two concerts.but, we enjoyed the time we spent there . Place needs some updating, maybe some cleaning in the corners, but overall we were happy with our stay. Thanks!

Fun & vibrant location

Unit needs attention, main door doesn't keep out the cold, cooking pots are quit stressed, is cause for concern, any issues within unit was dealt with by property management immediately, very pleased with response .ev

Small but great

Although small it is very nicely decorated, has everything you need, and location excellent. No paper products are provided which is unusual considering cost. The tv programs are not up to date either. The balcony provides a wonderful area to sit and enjoy the views.

Hurricane Debby

We had a Good time even with Debby making a visit. The Hotel has everything you need to enjoy The sites of the beach rain or shine. Pizza was good, breakfast buffet was good and onsite convenience store was convenient.

Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, beach access was wonderful, property just old, needs to be updated. Shower head and tub extremely small, not really for a plus size individual. The first night was rough, the family above us was noisy and it sounded like they moved furniture around the entire night. Really have not decided if I will stay at this location again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and the location is great; central to just about anything you’d want to do. That said, it is VERY loud in the evenings; so sitting on the patio in peace was not an option. The only complaint we had with the room was the cooktop, it did not heat up very well (it took 20 minutes to heat up a pan); so we ended up eating out just about every meal.

Nice

Great place to stay! Great access to beach! Clean resort and room. The only suggestion would be the shower head needs replaced. Water output was not very good. Otherwise it was perfect for us and would recommend it.
