What a view

Stayed on the 5th floor - beautiful view - saw shooting stars and a rocket launch. Beautiful sunsets. Very nice stay.

Wonderful Stay in Cocoa Beach!

Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely book here again. Location has an amazing view of the beach/ocean (amazing sunrise views) and is short wall to a lot of restaurants options. Overall environment was quiet and the condo had all of necessities we could ask for!

Great Place to Stay and Relax

Great place for a family getaway. Everything top-notch. The locals are very friendly. Many businesses at walking distance. The night life is very nice as well. Definitely considering coming back!

Overall experience was good. Loved having access to chairs and beach supplies and toys. However, the parking garage spaces could have more room to park. Was driving a van and it was hell to park in there. Also, a cart for luggage and other things besides a grocery shopping cart.

It was a fantastic place with a great view. The second bedroom didn’t have the set up we thought and the tv in there didn’t work.

This was a great condo for our family of 5. The view was beautiful! We loved watching the sunrises! There were a handful of food choices within walking distance. The condo was well applied with bedding, towels, etc. We were happy with our stay.

Quick trip before cruise

The building is under maintenance, but the unit was beautifully done and just what we needed. There are a ton of beach and water toys located in the garage! My kids didn't need to bring anything. The beds were comfortable and I like how the unit was not clutteted like some are.

Amazing view

We absolutely loved this property. Our 3 boys loved their shark themed bedroom, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We plan on booking again in the future, and have spread the word to friends and family ! ☺️

Great location right on the beach, with many places to eat/drink/shop in walking distance. My children easily fell asleep with the live music playing at the bar/restaurants next door. We had an issue with one of the bedroom door handles when we got there, but someone was quickly sent to fix it. Will stay there again if it's available next year.

Great Property

The condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved having a bed all to themselves in one room and the pool was perfect for us. Coconuts was close as other reviews mention and the music was loud on a Friday night, but was fine the other nights and didn’t interfere with kids sleeping. Beach access is right next to the Condo, but was nice since the lifeguard shack was also so close. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Cocoa (Canaveral) Beach Stay

Trip started out with the rental agency doing a property switch because they overbooked the property. This was stressful as we just got back from a cruise and had nowhere to stay! Agency did have another property in nearby Cape Canaveral. Beach front but limited beach view. We booked beach view. Cape Canaveral property was nice and clean. Easy access to beach and property had a nice pool. Would stay at the Canaveral property in the future.

Amazing Views & Stay-Highly Recommend

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was for a getaway weekend to unwind and catch up and we could not pick a better spot. Check in was a breeze and so accommodating. Once there, we were blown away by the beautiful ocean view and size of the place. The place was open and spacious and clean. From sitting at the dining room table or being in the kitchen you constantly had the best view of the beach to where it felt like we were even on a cruise. I highly recommend this place for anyone who may be interested. It really made our time more special and memorable.

Overall rating 3/5. Positives: ocean front, clean, good communication with property manager, lots of space, affordable. One caution: this unit is directly next to a bar called Coconuts. The music was terribly loud Saturday night - otherwise it was fairly quiet and you can hear the ocean at night.

Stunning sunrise views!

Fantastic ocean/beach views from living areas and main bedroom! Good location in “downtown” area lots to do within walking distance. Complex is older but nothing problematic, unit was fresh, clean, and nice beach decor. Main BR king is comfy, we didn’t use the others. LR/DR furniture is rather “minimalist” per the pictures. Spacious, but if you are looking for a place to snuggle up for movie night with the family or socialize a lot inside this may not be the right choice for you. It was great for just two of us as we spent our time on the beach (easy access to lifeguard protected area) or exploring the area. Check in - had to go to the property office to pick up the complex key first to get into the building and get garage opener but it was literally two blocks away and instructions were very clear. Kitchen seemed nicely equipped with more than the essentials though we didn’t use much. Enjoyed our stay, would choose this property again.

Thanksgiving 2019

My family and I decided to stay on the beach for Thanksgiving this year and it was a great decision. We loved the fact that you could walk out the back of the property and be on the beach in the matter of minutes and also walk a block or 2 to restaurants, bars, shops and even Ice cream! Check in and check out is seamless. The property is well equipped with anything you would need for a week long stay. I would recommend this property to anyone. It doesn’t look like a whole lot from the outside but the inside is in good shape and nicely decorated for a beach house!
