Cleaner lady was still cleaning hasn’t cleaned anything in basement part when we got there our check in was 4 pm we got there at 4:39 pm she ran through cleaning the bottom part in less than 10 minutes. Tv or WiFi worked whole time there emailed and called no one ever showed up. Dishwasher didn’t shut .

We had a great stay with beautiful views. The tvs did not work, but for us it was ok because there were so many things to do and see. The fridge started working, thank God after our second day. No one ever came out to fix it. They also asked us to run the dishwasher before we left and we found that it did not work either. All in all it was a great trip and we will definitely be back!

The property was exactly as pictured. Large bedrooms. Plenty of room for the whole family to relax. Close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Check in was easy. The only negative was the internet didn’t work at all. But we were able to use our phones as a hotspot so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

Our multi-generational family vacation had high hopes for this house. It did not meet our expectations.Pros:Beautiful porch and views. This house is on the summit of the mountain with stunning scenery in all directions. The rooms were good sized.Bathrooms were spacious and clean with good water pressure.Kitchen was well stocked for meals.Dining room table had room for all of us together which is a plus for us and not easy to find.Beds and pillows were comfortable.However-Cons:The house suffers from benign neglect. Small things added up to big frustrations that could easily have been remedied but weren’t.Multiple blinds were broken making sleeping hard for young kids.The dishwasher was broken and there was no stopper for the kitchen sink. Doing dishes for 11 people out of a bowl was unacceptable.The ice machine was cracked and not functioning, seemingly since March of this year.The main bedroom had a loose outlet and the smoke detector was falling off the ceiling.The railing on the basement stairs was so loose we had to watch our 4 year old so she didn’t fall.The hot tub cover doesn’t actually fit so the heater runs continuously.The WIFi never functioned.We got lip service from company all week but never saw any of our issues addressed.Lastly nowhere in the ad are the bears mentioned. It is common for cars to be broken into and damaged. In our 5 days there we saw 10 bears and had car damaged. Should be mentioned beforehand!!
