it's a typical mountain road, the bad reviews are from folks obviously not from around here or are clueless on how to drive in the mountains. Yea, a truck is best, but once you get to the top, the cabin is perfect. Big enough to enjoy, cozy enough to be perfect! It was clean, fully equipped and so private. We loved it!

I had a great stay. The cabin is super secluded and private. Getting up the mountain road to the cabin is a little intimidating and requires 4x4 but isnt anything too extreme. The cabin was pretty well stocked, my only complaint was there is no washing machine and dryer.

This property is exactly what we expected it to be as it was pet friendly. But we wanted to be in secluded area and it was definitely that. It was great. The driveway was a little scary at first but once you drive on it and know what you are doing, all is good. Wasn’t able to use designated keypad codes but thankfully they had a key box we could use. The stink bugs were a little annoying but we are in middle of woods. Comes with territory. We had a great time during our stay.

Host was very poor and non responsive. There driveway is an absolute hazard and very dangerous. My car got stuck and almost fell off the mountain, as well as the tow truck whom was there to get us out. The towing company claimed it was one of the worst mountain roads they have seen. The host didn’t care and were just greedy and only worried about money, not well being.
