Upstairs Lodge:

Prescott Mountain Retreat includes 2 bedrooms, 3 baths with multiple living areas, a full-size kitchen, and a deck.

The luxurious master suite with an adjustable king bed, private bathroom with double vanity, and a generous walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen and a private workspace. Refresh in the spa-like hallway bathroom with tub/shower, or enjoy the indulgent glass shower with steam feature (coming soon).

The main living room, anchored by a crackling fireplace, is perfect for relaxed gatherings. Need extra sleeping space? A queen pull-out sofa is available. The second family room is ideal for movie nights and gaming, featuring a 65-inch smart TV and a full size pull out sofa.

Cook confidently in the fully equipped kitchen, then step out to the spacious deck overlooking the national forest — BBQ on the gas grill and take in the views.

Nestled in The Villages Community, this home sits on a peaceful cul‑de‑sac in a highly sought after, family‑friendly neighborhood—only 3 miles (8 minutes) from historic Whiskey Row and the Courthouse Plaza in downtown Prescott, with scenic, forested mountain surroundings and easy access to shops and outdoor recreation. There’s a Safeway grocery store 2 miles (a 5‑minute drive) away, and the home is close to hiking and biking trails and beautiful forest parks.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire upstairs of the home and garage with the exception of a locked cleaners closet.

House Rules

- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Maximum guests: 6 No parties or events. Small gatherings welcomed!
- Pets welcome for an additional fee (max 30 lbs). Pets must not be on furniture or in beds. Owners are responsible for any pet damage. A $250 cleaning fee applies if a pet urinates or defecates inside.
- Smoking only outdoors with all windows and doors closed. Do not allow smoke odor inside — a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor enters the home.
- Please treat the home with care so it remains pleasant for you and future guests.
