There are USPTA-Certified tennis professionals available at the spectacular tennis facilities and on-site massage therapists at the community fitness center, along with a sauna and steam room. The community basketball court is the perfect place to challenge a friend to a game before a soothing dip in one of the community pools.



Take in a good movie at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10 then head over to Silver Sands Premium Outlets for some great shopping at Eddie Bauer, FOSSIL, G.H. Bass & Co., Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, and Clarks. Of course, the beach is just a short walk away, so consider renting a bike from YOLO Board + Beach, less than three miles away, to cruise along the shoreline.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
