By making this reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following rules:
Adult supervision of children is required at all times
No shoes inside the property
Please unplug unused small appliances and turn off lights, stove, oven, and heater when leaving
Strict Policies
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Minimum $1,000 fine
No smoking of any kind. $1,500 fee applies
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No additional overnight guests without prior approval
No pets. $500 penalty per pet, per night, plus additional cleaning fees
No furniture rearranging
No mail or packages delivered to the property
No pre-check-in luggage storage

Upon booking, you and your party acknowledge that everyone in the reservation has fully read, understood, and agreed with the house rules and surveillance conditions.
