We are a Kiwi family based in the USA, so when we are away, we like to share our apartment with others.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We bought this apartment almost 20 years ago as our base in Auckland. We love Ponsonby and both our kids have done stints at the primary school next door. When we are home our favourite thing to do is wander up to Ponsonby Central for food! Theo (age 16) LOVES the crepes, Finn (age 20) likes the diner sandwiches, Rhys (age ahem) loves Blue Breeze Inn, and I am partial to the meatballs and pinot at Bedford Subs! Enjoy!

この宿泊施設の特徴

It is a spacious apartment with gorgeous big doors making it very sunny. We recently remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms. It is lovely and quiet, except for the sound of kids playing next-door during the term time. My kids still use the school to play basketball or run around.
