Planning a big beach vacation with multiple families, friend groups, or generations? Cushy Quad Bungalows lets you book the entire complex that includes all four neighboring homes—Blue, Pink, Yellow, and Green—so your crew can stay close while still having room to spread out and recharge.

Each bungalow is thoughtfully styled, fully equipped, and shares amazing amenities like a semi-private pool, private dock, and beach access—creating a resort-style feel, but with the privacy of a family-run retreat. The bungalows welcome dogs. While we clean thoroughly between every stay, this home may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies. Guests with pet allergies assume responsibility when booking.

🏠 HOUSE POLICIES & GUEST GUIDELINES 📋
✔️ Max occupancy: 6 guests per house (24 total across 3 homes)
🚭 No Smoking
🚫 No Parties or Events
☝️ Any property damage must be reported immediately for prompt replacement/repair
🔍Forgotten items must be reported within 24 hours to arrange retrieval (the $35 handling fee will be deducted from the security deposit)
- Pool is shared with 1 additional bungalow and serviced weekly on Saturdays

🐕 PET POLICY
Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable pet fee)
Must be crate-trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles

📝 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $500 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)

Our bungalows are the ideal home base for teams and families attending the 2026 Gulf Coast Classic & Pleasure Island Showdown. We offer the perfect balance of proximity to the action and a relaxing retreat after the final out.

Convenient Location: 📍 Only a 17-minute drive to the Gulf Shores Sportsplex / Five Plex, where the tournaments are held. You’ll be at the fields in no time while enjoying a more spacious and private stay than a standard hotel.
