Cozy Bell Rock Condo

Prepare to be amazed by the natural beauty of Sedona! This recently renovated, bright & peaceful condo is just a short walk from the stunning Bell Rock, where you`ll find miles of scenic trails. Take advantage of the quiet outdoor community sitting areas, a community BBQ grill, and a seasonal pool, open from May 1st to October 31st. The condo is within easy walking distance to hiking and biking trails, restaurants, spas, gyms, pubs, shops, and more!

2 Queen Bedrooms with a shared full bath. The bath has a shower tub combo.
Stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and coffee provided.
Open style living space with dining, seating and a streaming TV.

Guests have access to the entire condo, as well as the pool (May-Oct) the shared BBQ area, and the shared laundry facility from 4 pm on their check-in date until 10 am on their check-out date. Check-in via keypad. There is an EV charging station in the parking lot of the adjacent building.

Your Co-Host is available for you anytime via phone or email. She, however, will respect your privacy and only reach out when asked.

The Village is a very special Sedona neighborhood that is know to be peaceful, beautiful and safe.
Enjoy the convenience of walking to cozy coffee shops, hip restaurants, a high end grocery store, fantastic outdoor activities and local art galleries.

To see it all it is best to have your own transportation. Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

Check-in is 4 p.m.
Check-out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

There is a pool on the premises. The pool is open from May 1, through October 31.

Pack N Play and Highchair are provided.

We do not accept mail at this address.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
