This home is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood of Lincoln City. You'll be perfectly situated to explore the area's unmatched natural beauty, with public beach access to miles of soft sand and misty surf just a few blocks from your door. For a different kind of coastal experience, explore the forested trails of Spyglass Ridge or launch a kayak onto the azure waters of Devils Lake.



From its open floor plan to its spacious primary suite, this three-story home is designed beautifully to accommodate groups and families. Kids will be delighted by the bunk room upstairs, which includes a TV for hours of entertainment. Adults, meanwhile, can enjoy a cold drink and lively conversation out on the deck, which is furnished with a picnic table, gas grill, and private hot tub.



Inside, the large and fully equipped kitchen makes it a cinch to prepare meals for everyone, and free WiFi lets you easily plan your next adventure or keep up with friends back home. The house was amazing it had everything we needed and the hot tub was amazing the only thing needed fixed was the garbage disposal and a leaky kitchen sink but we managed just fine it was a fantastic time

Outstanding!

Loved the location, the walk to the beach, the hot tub, enough space for 6 people, the well supplied kitchen, the grill, the park with a fire pit just half a block away, the ample towel supply, everything. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Perfect for our family AND Dog

We had a wonderful time in Lincoln City and this house is the primary reason why. Not only did we love the Olivia Beach neighborhood, but this house could not have been better. It is clean, big enough for a family, and the hosts really took care of us.

Great location

Perfect size for our family. The house has everything that you will need. The only disappointment was the hot tub, it was very dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile.

Beautiful house and location

My daughter absolutely loved the room with the bunk beds and was very excited it had a TV. The master tub was lovely to soak in and have a glass of wine. We also really enjoyed the little park that was an easy walk from the house

Great house

We booked this home for my daughter's 18th birthday and had a wonderful stay. The king bed was really comfortable and the privacy while you sat in the hot tub was simply perfect. This is the second time we've stayed in this subdivision and this was the better location being a block from the park and stairs to the beach. The home was really cute, comfortable and well equipped for cooking meals. The only feedback I have is to replace the porch And ceiling fan lights and make the door code shorter. I had to look up the code every time which isn't a huge deal by any means. Would absolutely stay here again

Great stay with the family

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Clean and just as pictured with good quality necessities. I was excited to see I could easily take care of my daughter's big mustard stain from her skirt and I was happy to see the big beach towels to dry off with after time in the hot tub and pool. I will say the hot tub chemicals were much too strong for me. We only used it the first night because I ended up with some sort of reaction. I also recommend placing a baby gate in one of the closets for guests with kids to use. I imagine this would be useful for dogs as well. This was certainly a safety concern for us with a small toddler. Even with these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was so cute and quiet and the home felt like the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway!
