House was in poor shape, screens and blinds were in awesome shape, a shower knob for hot and cold water was broken. Bugs were in the house when we got there. Very expensive rental for the quality of the place. We asked host if we could check in 45 minutes early and they requested a 50 fee. Pots and pans were dirty and scratched, they were worn out and not ideal to be cooking with. One of the couches was a cheap and uncomfortable, not a usual living room couch. The house smelled like wet animals. One of the worst rentals i’ve ever stayed in.

Great place

Overall, the rental was great. Carpets are a bit dirty which is expected with high volume rentals. Upstairs showers didn't get hot. They got just above body temperature. Enjoyed the time and location of home was great. Would stay ahain.

Cozy stay!

Was a cute little house that provided everything we needed. Had (3) adults, (1) child, and (1) dog - perfect size! And the best part was how close to the beach it was! The only complaint I had was the house was a bit hot. Tried to mess with the central air, but couldn't figure it out. But crack a window and it we got a good breeze! Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy. Place very clean. All that we needed was in the kitchen although would be nice to have sealed containers to put stuff in fridge. Wi-Fi was great. Easy access to beach.

Siren Song

Accommodations were a bit cramped. There is a gas grill on the back porch that does not work. Bedding was not clean, hair and stains on mattress cover. Check in is at 4 and check out at 10. I asked for a 11 check out since they ask for you to so a list of things before you check out. It took about an hour to do do the check out list..It’s an additional 50 to get a late check out so I declined.

Perfect get away

This home is a wonderful place to stay! Everything needed was there for us. Close to Casino, restaurants, grocery store and Outlet Mall. Highly recommend this company!

Family time on the Coast!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! We were attending a family reunion in the area. This home was perfect for us with very close proximity to the rest of our family, a very easy walk to the beach and morning coffee on the front deck!! Thank You, once again to Meredith Lodging!!

Great location, good for pets and kids cuz carpet is a mess

This was a smaller beach house located very close to the beach (about a block). This is our second stay in Roads End, and the home is good for kids and pets because the carpet is filthy and stained (we don’t wear shoes indoors). The bedrooms were a good size and the three bathrooms are a huge bonus. The upper deck feels like it’s one big gust away from collapsing so we avoided it. The lower deck was nice, however. The living room and kitchen area are much smaller than the pictures advertise, but we spent most our time outdoors anyway. The kitchen does not have a hood/vent when you cook. So, if you cook anything, the smoke alarm triggers. It was very frustrating. The home did have a charcoal grill and a wood burning fireplace, which was nice. Overall, a good stay, just some maintenance issues that need attention.

Nice family location

House was very comfortable. Appreciate the 3 bathrooms and being able to bring our dog. Kitchen well-stocked with everything you’ll need. The closest beach entrance is about 2 blocks away and was very difficult for Grandma to navigate so we drove down to the end of the street to the park where there was a much easier trail to access the beach.

Cute Beach Bungalow

Siren Song was the perfect beach house to help us celebrate a college graduation. Everything was perfect and clean. Check in was super easy. Beach access was so close. The balcony with the view of the ocean was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Family vacation

The location was perfect, close to the beach, casino and shopping! Cute smaller 3 bed house. The house was overall comfortable and price was good. The carpets were badly stained and dirty and in serious need of shampooing. The upstairs deck was a little scary with loose boards . Same with the downstairs deck, could be a safety issue as the boards were coming up and super loose. We definitely enjoyed our stay here aside from the small issues.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect location to take our two adult sons for spring break. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, giving everyone a lot of privacy. Road's End was quiet, close to God's Thumb. Lots of walking on the beach, eating at nearby McMenamins, board games, or just watching the waves come in on the beach. Definitely keeping this one on the list!

spring vacation and concert

Enjoyed the stay very much. Easy walk to the beach and access to Casino. Comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Only drawback was both BBQ were none functional. We had a blast.
