The Space:

Watch seals frolic from your private balcony, which boasts dazzling bay views! Located in the historic Taft District of Lincoln City, Waters Edge condominiums offer exceptional views of Siletz Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond.



At home, the open living area offers a gas fireplace and a TV with a DVD player - unwind into vacation mode with a movie. Off to the side, an office nook provides a great spot to check emails and work remotely.



Find everything you need to prepare beach snacks and hearty home-cooked meals. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of appliances. A private washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay.

Your vacation getaway overlooks Siletz Bay Park, a treasured recreation area sheltered from ocean winds. Enjoy sea lion viewing, crabbing, clamming, and the mysterious but enchanting local custom of searching for “float fairies” (beautifully blown glass balls hidden along the shore by mystical beings). Stroll to the beach for picnics or fun-filled days playing in the sand and surf.

Great getaway stay!

Excellent rental. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfy bed a chair recliner, nice couch and couch chair, very strong 😁 Internet, beautiful view. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks!

Great relaxing get away

The property was meticulously clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we spent much time relaxing there. The location allows you to do short trips to discover other coastal beaches.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. The view was incredible and the location is great. There was supposed to be a DVD player and there was not one. The mattress in the hide-a-bed was too uncomfortable for our son, and he just slept on the couch, but a memory foam topper would easily fix that! Overall we had a really nice time staying here.

Great place for a small family

Perfect size condo for a couple with a small child. The views are beautiful and the location on the bay makes it easy to make multiple trips to the beach. The beds are not very comfortable, but otherwise a great little place in a beautiful location.

Wonderful stay

Great place to sit back and listen to the coast. On the bay, with beautiful views. Very clean and had almost everything we needed. Just a little noises on Sunday morning (big check out day) as the bedroom is right next to the only stairway.

Excellent location

Rental process was very smooth. We had an issue with a leaking toilet which was fixed very quickly and efficiently. Otherwise the stay was very relaxing and trouble-free. Great location!

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time on the west coast. The location was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed after our days of exploring the area. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We even watched seals play from the balcony. Looking forward to another trip back.
