Bring your favorite book, travel companion, and beach toys to enjoy this beautiful newly updated 3rd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at Waters Edge near the serene water with Siletz Bay view right from your condo. Excellent location to relax in the sand, walk down the Siletz Bay where it meets the ocean and watch seal lions play. Close to several restaurants and shops a perfect couples getaway on the south side of Lincoln City. Enjoy morning coffee on the outdoor patio or perfect for an evening dinner by sunset with maximum occupancy for 2 people.

Good location with excellent view. The condo was adequate though it lacked some of the things I am accustomed to with VRBO properties. The unit was also hot and noisy.

Very clean!

The condo was very clean and just as pictured. The elevator and luggage racks were a nice bonus! Great beach access and beautiful view. Only negative was the hwy noise, but that wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.

Pluses: very clean in the unit, luggage carts in excellent shape Negatives: no AC, lots of bird poop on deck, quite noisy due to closeness to 101, getting internet/wifi to work was burdensome (thanks to Teri from the office for her assistance)

We were unable to access the property! There was no lockbox at the property and hence we could not complete the booking we made. When we called the managing agent, they stated that it had been recently redecorated, that the lockbox must have been removed and that they did not have a key. Very odd, given that they were supposed to have prepared the property for our stay, which clearly they didn't. The property manager relocated us to a different property that was over 35 minutes away and was further from Depoe Bay (where our vacation was to be based). The replacement property was a town house with no view whatsoever, a major reason for selecting the original condo in the first place. While the agent did find an alternative, their lack of a reasonable apology for a property that should never have been advertised fell well short of what should have then happened. We had no choice but to accept the replacement property, albeit that we would never have chosen that property to book. Very disappointed and we are looking for compensation for this booking.

Great place to stay. We will be back!

Some minor issues. No TV in bedroom, the lamp in living room didn't work, and no fans in any room. It was very stuffy the 1st night, but we opened the window and screen door. Also left them open all weekend which helped. Overall we loved it and would be back again!

Nice property

The condo was nice. The only reason for us not giving 5 stars is that it was a bit short on little things: only 1 silverware knife, 1/2 roll of tpaper, highway noise. We still enjoyed our stay!

As advertized

The pictures were actually from that property and from its balcony so it was as expected, a little close to the highway(noise) but nice view. There were some items that had been overlooked in upkeep but nothing big,( light bulbs out, clock dead, missing smoke detector) but the place was nice and enjoyable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was fine. While the complaints didn’t ruin our vacation I’ll mention them because in all of my house rentals I’ve never quite experienced this. We arrived tired from 10 hour drive car loaded with refrigerator items groceries the week etc., opened the door to a completely un cleaned condo. Had to vacate for another 2 hours until they cleaned it. They were kind enough to refund cleaning fee. Then no instructions no Internet and not a single TV hooked to any signal. The thing that wizzed us off the most is they said they would send someone over when they could. I already had a 2 hour late check in and didn’t want to sit around waiting for maintenance man when they had no idea when he would come. They asked if he could enter when we were not there. I said no! I’d like a call when he comes and I’d meet him. But he entered our condo when we were gone anyway without our permission. Not cool! So our family owns property management companies and private rentals. I give this management company a thumbs down on their handling. But liked the location.
