Summary:
Unit 113 is a privately owned corner studio condo on the north end of the property. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views through large windows and from a ground-level patio, or use our easy, private beach access. This space features a King bed for up to 2 guests, a walk-in shower, 2 recliners instead of a loveseat, and full-sized appliances in the fully stocked kitchenette. The restaurants and activities within walking distance are new memories waiting to be made in this centrally located getaway!

The Space:
Unit 113 is a privately owned corner studio condo on the north end of the property. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views through large windows and from a ground-level patio, or use our easy, private beach access. This space features a King bed for up to 2 guests, a walk-in shower, 2 recliners instead of a loveseat, and full-sized appliances in the fully stocked kitchenette. The restaurants and activities within walking distance are new memories waiting to be made in this centrally located getaway!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great location, easy booking and access!

This stay was great! The location couldn't be better. We had everything we needed.My only complaint would be the lingering cigarette smell that we could not get out. We left the door and windows open and it was still so strong. That's not really the condo's fault, though. Just some inconsiderate guest that didn't adhere to the "no-smoking" policy.

Great Stay comfy bed, right on beach!

Fly the kites, walk to lands end ( long way) lots of restaurants around. They are all great seafood. The mos chowder was more like potato chowder with clam flavor. They need to put more clams in it. So much flour!

Everything You Need

Gorgeous ocean views right from the patio! We're pretty sure we saw a whale pass by, and some very cute seals. (Bring binoculars!) A walk on the beach was just a few steps away. A previous review said the recliners needed updating. Well, they replaced them with new ones and they were wonderful! Thank you! We could watch the waves from there when the weather wasn't the best. Very comfortable bed, all the basic kitchen supplies, (plus blender, toaster and coffee maker,) and linens were provided. The staff in the office was very accommodating when we noticed there were no chairs out on the patio. They brought some right away. I also requested a potato peeler for dinner prep that night, and they supplied one right then. We could hear some street noise, but the ocean waves drowned most of it out when the window or door was open. It was a lovely time and we already miss Lincoln City!

Perfect get away

What a wonderful opportunity to stay here! We loved the conveniences offered. We will definitely be back to stay longer than 2 days. The management team was very communicative and very helpful. Parking was the only drawback. I’m not sure why but there was no parking 2 nights in a row.

Nice to unwind

Loved the location and the ease of getting to the beach. We really loved the view and it was extra nice to sit in the hot tub each day.

It was cozy and had a great view. Didn't like that people literally walked on balcony to get by though. Other than that, was a great stay.

Overall great experience

Very good location everything was good. A couple house keeping issues. Reclining chairs need to be cleaned! Front entry way carpet needs cleaning or changed out to linoleum.

Clean, easy, right at the beach

This studio is very simple, plenty of room for a couple, and located right above the beach. We just wanted to get away for a few days, look at the water (which you can do from the recliners in the studio or the chairs on the walkway outside), and take some walks. It was great for our needs!

Great location

Traveling with non ambulatory parent. This location allowed her to "be on the beach" with no fence or railing in front of us. When chilly she could sit in the lazy boy and still watch waves and people. Bare bones kitchen. No way to prop the door open. People do walk by the window a lot. I did not find it to be noisy even with people next door and upstairs. I would return.
