The Space:

With the Pacific Ocean on one side, the evergreen Coast Range on the other, and a private hot tub just outside its door, this four-bedroom home in Pacific City is a showcase of the natural beauty of the Oregon Coast.



This home sits just above the ocean in Cloverdale, on a scenic piece of property with an open, rolling lawn overlooking the water and mountains. The main living space enjoys views of the ocean as well, offering two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, plentiful seating for movie and whale-watching, and a flatscreen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. This great room opens to the kitchen where you'll find stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a built-in dining nook. Begin each morning with coffee at sunrise on the newly expanded deck with updated Adirondack chairs, come home at mid-day for a barbecue on the gas grill, and cap each evening with a soak in the private hot tub. Back inside, there's also a rec room in the loft with a pool table, another TV, and comfortable leather sofas.



When it's time to turn in, you'll have your choice of four bedrooms, including a primary suite with direct access to the back deck and an en suite bathroom. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free high-speed WiFi throughout the house.

Beautiful location and super convenient house that had everything we needed. The only tricky part was difficulty getting into the house but the host was very responsive to help solve that.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our three families. Kids loved the pool table, and the huge living room was a great place for us all to hang out. Loved the location too, just a four minute drive to town and the beach. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental. Our group of 10 fit comfortably, thanks to the spacious layout and the large living room that made it easy for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning, and we loved watching deer wander through the yard—it felt peaceful and almost magical.The location is wonderfully quiet, perfect for unwinding, yet still super convenient. The beach is just a quick three‑minute drive away, making it easy to pop over for morning walks or sunset visits. The home itself was clean, well‑designed, and ideal for a larger group. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and a truly great location. We’d happily stay here again.

Location and house layout couldn’t be better and the view is unmatched. What could be a 5 star experience was unfortunately not due to mediocre cleaning, significant under stocking of kitchen essentials, and just a feel of the place being not kept up and taken care of as a vacation rental.

Beach Vacation

The house was lovely. The views magnificent. There were even deer wandering around. There is so much to do in the area. The pool table was a hit with the younger people and several enjoyed the video games on the tv. We even worked one of the puzzles there which was missing many pieces. The whole visit was enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful house and views! We had a great time with our girls getaway!

Great time. 10:00am, was too early of a checkout time. When you can't check-in until 4:00 on Friday and need to checkout by 10 Sunday morning, that's only 1 full day! Earliest checkout we've ever had!

Great View in a large, beautiful but not so clean home.

Wow - what a view!! Great, large home with great ammenities. We so enjoyed our time in Pacific City. Disappointing on how unkept the home was, especially for the price. Half the window blinds were broken. One upstairs bathroom towel rack was ripped off the wall with pieces on a shelf and a large hole in the wall. All the bathroom rugs were dirty (ugh); should have been replaced some time ago. The pool room couch had dirt, popcorn, checkers and chess pieces in-between the cushions. I called support and was told someone would be coming to fix the issues. No one came the 3 nights we were there.

The view was amazing. Also the great room had so many areas for sitting and enjoying the view. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy. The kitchen was small and dishwasher didn't work. The kids loved the pool table, hot tub, and telescope. There were a few things that needs fixing, but the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host was very easy to get ahold of and communicated well. The parking was an issue, but I don't think it's the hosts fault. There was plenty of parking space, but you could only have 3 cars total. We would definately stay there again worth a big group!
