This is a 1960s house with renovations, the best of which are the windows. The cost to stay suggests a more refined house than it is. There are structural blips, such as a small step into the bedroom, which was likely once a garage. This step will trip you up on your way back to the bathroom and should be marked, possibly with a light strip to double as a night light.
There is only one shower, so although the house sleeps five or six, everyone will be trundling into the master bath to shower. This shower is barely big enough to turn around in and you certainly can't bend over, so don't drop the soap. Know that Meredith expects you to strip the beds and start a load of laundry.
Cooking pots in the kitchen are all teflon, and are all old with visible wear and scratches. If you avoid peeling teflon for health reasons, you might want to plan for other cooking options.
