Our location is truly ideal for WMO week. We’re just 1.5 miles from Sunset Marina (a fast 4–5 minute drive), home to many of the tournament’s top boats, restaurants, and the marina where Michael Jordan often docks his yacht. We’re also only 3.2 miles (8–9 minutes) from Harbor Island Marina, the site of tournament registration, weigh-ins, Marlin Fest, and major WMO events. You get quick access to everything without getting snagged in island congestion.

Inside, the condo offers a bright, comfortable, and relaxing space with 3 well-sized bedrooms (king/queen/twins), 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a large dining/living area perfect for unwinding after full tournament days. The building is quiet, clean, and perfect for early mornings and restful nights.

The showstopper is the huge screened-in back porch overlooking a 5-acre stocked pond — a serene and breezy spot for morning coffee, rigging gear, or evening drinks. There’s also a furnished front porch for additional outdoor seating and storage space for coolers and gear.

Guests enjoy access to both the indoor and outdoor pools, plus a newly renovated fitness center. Parking is easy with two dedicated parking spots, and room for larger vehicles is available.

Friday-to-Friday rental schedule makes for smooth travel days with far less traffic than traditional Saturday turnovers. Guests may also book the optional Sunday morning checkout for a longer stay.

Linens are not provided (standard in Ocean City), but guests may bring their own or use any of the local linen services.
