You are just 2 blocks from shopping and dining, minutes from the beach, and less than 1.5 miles from Pier Park. You will also have access to the community pool, making it easy to enjoy both the neighborhood and the nearby shoreline.

Step inside and feel the bright, open living space filled with natural light and coastal-inspired décor. Stretch out on the comfy sofas, one of which converts to a queen bed, while you watch your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, air fryer, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. You will find seating for 8 at the dining table plus an extra 2 at the eat-in kitchen bar. A washer and dryer are also here for your convenience.

If you are bringing kids, they are going to love the bunk room. It comes with an arcade that makes it their own fun hangout spot. It is a detail that makes this home stand out and keeps the little ones entertained.

Beach Access:
From Sea Breeze Circle, head across Innocente to Granada Circle, then continue south on Carmen. You’ll reach 17101 Front Beach Road, where you’ll find Beach Access 65, the closest access point to the property.

Panama City Beach:
You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. Challenge friends at Topgolf or be dazzled by the swashbuckling fun at the Pirate’s Dinner Show. With so much to see and do, every moment here is full of possibilities.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
