Great location! The public beach across the street was never busy. Only complaint is that the cottage was smoking hot when we arrived and it took an entire day for it to cool down.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very well cared for, clean and in about the best spot it can be in. Close to everything but just outside the traffic. Perfect placement for access to the beach, and the pool in the community makes it really nice for kids who just want to do something different than the beach. We have rented a number of homes in this community and this one was one of the nicest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was there for Thunder Beach fall rally. Everything was going great till we came in late one night to no a/c. So it was OK sleeping with the ceiling fans on. In the morning I made a call and spoke to Kelly. Within 1 hour someone came check it out to find out the thermostat was not working. He changed it out. Nice cold air. We enjoyed our stay.

We needed a getaway

I stay at this place every summer. It’s my favorite spot in Panama City Beach. This place is so clean., the people are beyond friendly if there’s anything to go wrong, they’re just a phone call away and are eager to help resolve any issue. My only issue is having to leave. ** SUPER CLEAN**

Perfect location

The house was perfectly located to beach and Pier Park. The house was quite and comfortable. It was not sparkling clean but clean enough. We had a great time and will stay here again!

Great location

We had a great stay! The house is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park and across the street from public beach access. The house was clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning from the balcony, watching the ocean. The road in front of the house is busy! During the day it’s not an issue, but it is loud until around 11pm. Great if you want to be in the action, not so great if you want to sleep.

Loved this unit

We loved this unit, it is conveniently located with the beach and pier park. Owners were very very helpful, and willing to help with all my questions. Very pleasant experience.
