The property was very clean and was close to Pier Park. Property manager communicated well. Only issues were that internet was off more than on. Apparently this is an ongoing issue. I needed the internet for my job and the lack of ability to get online caused issues. I reported the lack of internet to the manager (which they already knew about) and they said was up to owner to correct but nothing manager could do. The master tub drain did not drain properly.

Perfect placement for access to the beach, and the pool in the community makes it really nice for kids who just want to do something different than the beach. We have rented a number of homes in this community and this one was one of the nicest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a cute cottage for our family of four (2 of which were toddlers.) The proximity to the beach is unbeatable and really the largest selling point when determining to stay here. The rental itself was clean and had everything that we needed. The proximity to the pool was also great, just steps out the back door. If I had to be a critic, I would say the place could definitely use new pillows, but thats just a minor thing. I think what we paid for our week long stay was reasonable; however, for the size of the place, I wouldn't have paid anymore, especially in August. I will definitely look into staying here again!

Great location!

Great location! The public beach across the street was never busy. Only complaint is that the cottage was smoking hot when we arrived and it took an entire day for it to cool down.

We needed a getaway

I stay at this place every summer. It’s my favorite spot in Panama City Beach. This place is so clean., the people are beyond friendly if there’s anything to go wrong, they’re just a phone call away and are eager to help resolve any issue. My only issue is having to leave. ** SUPER CLEAN**

Great location

We had a great stay! The house is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park and across the street from public beach access. The house was clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning from the balcony, watching the ocean. The road in front of the house is busy! During the day it’s not an issue, but it is loud until around 11pm. Great if you want to be in the action, not so great if you want to sleep.

“The yellow house”

Our family has been staying at “the yellow house” (name given by oldest grand girl) for many years! It truly feels like a second home to us. The booking process, the property, location, beach access, the privacy on the beach is all wonderful! So many memories have been made in PCB and most of them include “the yellow house”. See you soon!

Amazing, everything perfect

House was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Electronics were up to date with smart tvs. Appliances were clean. Beds were nice. Was just perfect overall cant go wrong with this one.

We had a bad experience with Blue Swell Management Panama City Beach, Florida

We checked in on late Thursday afternoon. We woke up Friday morning and went to the beach. We were at the beach for 30 minutes and I received a call to meet the property manager back at the home. I met him back at the home and he said that we had 1 hour to vacate the premises. Apparently, a neighbor called and said that they seen our kids jumping off the 25 foot tall balcony into the back of a pickup truck. My wife and were appalled because that didn't happen. We still do not know why our kids were accused of doing that. I told the property manager to review the video footage to prove it, but he said there were no cameras even though the complex said there was video recording present. He told us that they had the authority to evict us and did not even need a reason under some sort of Florida Statue. We continued to argue back and forth for about 30 minutes. He made a few phone calls and eventually came to his senses to let us stay. I'm not a review writer but that was a stressful time to start off our vacation that we booked out one year in advance and I felt the need to share our experience with this company. We will go back to Panama City Beach but will not be using this company.

This host can change your check-in from 4pm to 7pm

This host switched the check-in time from 4pm that is listed on VRBO to up to 7pm AFTER they have you pay the non-refundable payment. This seems like the old "bait and switch". This caused us to have to change our arrival time to not be hanging around waiting on them. Then they sent a text on the arrival day stating they would alert us of when we could check in but they NEVER sent a text say we could so we had to just go their ourselves to see if the door would open. So, a self-serving host that only cares about their bottomline and not the guests. They also sent an excessive amount of emails (8) and texts (7) prior to arrival needing photo ids, signature and a live photo which their app didnt work which then causes you to call them, only for them to tell you they know thier mobile app can't verify you so they put you through a bunch of unnnecessary hoops even after you've already paid them. The only decent thing about the experience was the location of the house.
