Welcome to your stylish retreat at Bentley Commons Fallsview Towns, where contemporary design meets world-famous attractions. This brand-new townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and sophistication. Set in a safe, walkable neighborhood minutes from the Falls, Fallsview Casino, and Niagara Convention Centre.

Enjoy a large multi-level unit with a main floor kitchen and living space. The upper level feature three bedrooms (queen beds) and are serviced by a 4PC Bathrooms.

The units feature fully equipped designer kitchens with premium finishes, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Each unit features a total of 3.5 bathrooms featuring modern tile, glass showers, and sleek fixtures.

An In-unit laundry, private parking, and keyless entry for ultimate convenience. Each unit has a private outdoor terrace or balcony — ideal for morning coffee or evening wine.

Everything was clean. Downstairs bathroom shower curtain was a little high so water got on the floor. It might have to just be lowered. The host was great. We were able to walk too many of the places they have mentioned

Had to contact the owner to get check in information. Once arrived the condo we had booked was not cleaned. Bath tubs were full of dirty clothes. Beds were not changed. Trash cans full. Owner gave us a different place that did not have the duel sided upper outdoor deck with the view. The small no view patio it did have did not have any furniture. Asked for some but it never came. Had to go buy toilet paper.In a good note…. Location was excellent. The finishes were nice. Each couple had their own bathroom with shower.

Was a bit sparse. I couldn’t find any measuring cups or measuring spoons. Only a single set of towels per shower. Single set of pillows per bed. A great place, but a little bit more could really set this place to the top.

I am former hotelier and have been involved in Niagara’s tourism and hospitality industry since I was ten years old. Having a history degree has led me to embrace Niagara’s colourful past and I can often be found conversing with guests on topics ranging from local geology to the wild wacky adventures of Niagara’s daredevils. I have traveled extensively in North America and Europe and can speak German, French, English, and Hungarian.

In between various stints in the local hospitality industry, I founded and still operate a software development firm which builds reservation and ticketing engines.

The other passion is the restoration of historical buildings.

The Bentley Commons Fallsview Towns Complex is a boutique development of 34 Luxury Townhomes located within walking distance to the Falls, Fallsview Casino Resort, and the Niagara Convention Centre. There are a multitude of shops, restaurants, and attractions in the Fallsview Tourist District.

Visitors to Niagara will find no other lodging alternative as unique as Bentley Commons. The complex is a new boutique development where each of the units come with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The units are tastefully decorated and offer warmth and comfort to the traveling public. The kitchens are fully equipped and also feature an in unit laundry and upper deck patio.

Larger groups can reserve multiple units adjacent to one another.
