Villa Myles: Beachfront

Villa Myles is a coastal inspired, modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa with a gorgeous view of the sunset and Burgeaux Bay in Dutch St. Maarten. Located in Beacon Hill, Villa Myles is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife and a supermarket.



Guests will have access to all areas of the property.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Myles is not set up to be a party house. Villa Myles is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

No smoking indoors. No drugs of any kind. No noise/music on the pool deck area after 11.00 pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are limited in the area.
