This large, #oceanfront, 1500 sf condo on #Cupecoy beach features a large Kitchen and Living area, 2 large bedrooms, each with en suite full baths. One bedroom has a King bed, and the other one has two queen size beds, There is also a 3rd bath in the common area. There are two private, beachfront porch areas - one off the living area and one off a bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a large HD TV, laundry machines, WiFi, and AC during your stay at the #Beach Club. The exclusive, manicured, gated community also has a private beach, large pool, pool-side bar, fitness room, private parking and 24-hour security staff. The beauty of this area of the island is unmatched, with the seaside cliffs and aquamarine waters. Numerous other beach areas, restaurants, casino and markets of #Maho are within walking distance, as well.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Check in was very easy with a passcode. The property was exactly as shown in the photos. This was our second time staying in this complex, the property managers do a good job with maintenance and security. We love this area as there are two grocery stores and about 10 restaurants within walking distance.

The property was comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Just a staircase down to Cupecoy Beach, a five minute walk to Mullet Bay beach. A supermarket and French bakery are within walking distance too. A few minute drive to Simpson Bay and tons of restaurants. Workout facility is dated, and everything else was terrific.

this was a great place to stay, the gated community was safe, friendly and has the best beach on the island! the unit we stayed in was perfect for a family vacation with 2 bedrooms and large common space with views of the ocean. easy walk to a beautiful private beach with great sunsets. the waves are bigger than in the bay beaches so it can be slightly rough getting in and out but once in, the water was super clean, warm, and swimmable. Sitting on the beach it was great to watch the waves break and the white foam spread across the beach. The common pool was also clean and refreshing and was not overcrowded. people were friendly through out the resort.the local area had a great organic food store and another conventional supermarket within walking distance and several good restaurants within walking distance.

Loved our stay

This is a beautiful property and in a great location. You can utilize the small private beach or take a walk to Mullet Bay beach. The area is walkable to restaurants and grocery markets. The condo is spacious and equipped with basic amenities. The community is quiet and has 24 hour security. The local buses stop right by the property. Great communication with the owner. I look forward to staying here again.

Amazing location - very close to the airport but far enough away. Great little area - walkable to stores and restaurants. Located on the prettiest beach on the island! CupeCoy Beach is lined with beautiful cliffs and strong waves crashing against them -- and all of this is right outside the patio of this rental. Really great property! Security keeps the Beach Club secure and safe. The unit could use some updating and a better pre-check-in cleaning service but for the most part we had a very enjoyable stay and found the kitchen well equipped, the furniture was comfortable and the whole area is very quiet. The pool is awesome and the fitness center is dated but useable. Our host was great with communication and very helpful.

Well positioned, well equipped, clean, great view of the sea. Just next to Mulet beach, huge own private beach, nice pool area with food vendor and friendly crowd of tenants. Area looking south west, all winds off the shore, never sea grass or high waves
