Wonderful home in a perfect location

Beautiful bay-front property!

We were in town for a wedding and Bay Breeze was the perfect location for us! It was roomy and bright, and the water was so inviting. We hope to stay there again someday!

Great Holiday Weekend Getaway!

We had a great stay at Bay Breeze for the long holiday weekend! The view is absolutely breathtaking and completely panoramic. Bonfires mere feet away from the Bay each evening were magical and even watched a bald eagle fly in front of us straight up the bay! Amazing! Wonderful spot - very clean and spacious!

Beautiful property in a great location

We had an incredible stay at the Bay Breeze for a girls weekend! Short drives to the local wineries, Suttons Bay, and Traverse City make it the perfect location for anyone looking for a place to stay for a group getaway. The house was very clean and well kept and the view is fantastic. A beautiful view right on the water and far enough off of the road that we heard no street noise. Our host was amazing to communicate with and answered almost every message within minutes. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Wonderful!

This property is beautiful, the pictures on line don’t do it justice. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. Even saw a bald eagle fly by daily. Lisa was great with communication and we had no issues at all. Would definitely come back!

Great location

Rented for son’s wedding for ourselves and family members with 3 children total. Great to be on water and have a small beach for littles to play. Great outdoor area to dine also. Lisa very easy to communicate with. Nice deck near water. Only concern was deck not fenced in with the small children we had with us. Never used kayaks so no comment.

Amazing Location & Home

We just stayed here for a long ladies’ weekend. This home was so beautiful and the bay views are amazing throughout the home. It was a little too cold to enjoy the outdoor deck, but we still spent our mornings on the porch overlooking the bay. The house was spacious, clean and very well stocked. The location was perfect. Right in between Traverse City and Suttons Bay, it only took a few minutes to get to either and it was very close to many wineries. The host was easy to reach with any questions we had leading up to our stay. We cannot wait to stay here again!!!

Amazing girls weekend!

The pictures do not do it justice!!! Location is perfect - right in between Sutton’s Bay and Mission Peninsula which made it super easy to hit wineries, restaurants and shopping in both directions. House was very clean and fully stocked. The set up with basically 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made it very easy for all 4 ladies amd 2 teens to get ready quickly. We cannot get over the amazing view. Thanks for sharing and we hope to be back soon!

Destination Wedding Wonder

We booked this property for our family for our daughter's destination wedding in Traverse City. The property was close to everything, and secluded enough to provide peace and quiet when we needed it. The house was spectacular and the view beautiful. The weather was warm for late September, and the porch was awesome for lake viewing. We were happy there was a wood supply for the campfire on the property! We were also surprised to find the basement recreational room which was not mentioned in the property description; a definite added bonus! This property offers all you will need away from home!

Nice Place

Our overall stay was nice. We were told last minute the dock was not in and there was no little beach leading to the water as in the photos as expected. Make sure you check the kitchen utensils and dishes. Coffee cups, glasses, baking dishes, silverware and the silverware drawer we’re all dirty. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels too.

We understand your disappointment regarding the dock. We've also been disappointed and frustrated that things have been delayed this year due to a Pandemic. The dock should have been in by Memorial Day but the state of Michigan was closed down for over a month due to Covid-19 and the dock company could not work during that time. They tried to install the dock (as you know) on the Friday during your stay, however a part broke while they were trying to install it and they had to order a replacement part which didn't come in until Monday. The dock & mooring ball are now both installed. We were shocked to hear that there was an issue with the kitchen cleanliness. We do wish you had told us of the issue during your stay so we could have addressed it sooner. Upon further investigation, we found that the dishwasher was not working properly.  The soap dispenser was not opening so the dishes were not getting cleaned properly. We have since replaced the dishwasher with a new unit.   100% guest satisfaction is our goal and we strive to make Bay Breeze the best possible experience for our guests but the 2020 season has had us dealing with circumstances beyond our control due to a pandemic. We truly hoped you would be a little more understanding of how Covid-19 is affecting things, considering that the very event you came to Traverse City for was altered several times due to the Covid-19 concerns and you asked us to change your reservation to accommodate those changes, which we did without complaint nor additional charge.

Bay Breeze is special

Suttons Bay and Traverse City are beautiful and promote many kinds of outdoor activities. Bay Breeze is in the middle of this area along the West Bay. The pictures of this property are spot on. The amenities are as advertised and provide comfort and convenience. This property was as advertised in all areas. If you have rented from VRBO properties in the past you may have found cleanliness to be a problem, as we have. But this property passed the white glove test. We hope to return soon. Enjoy your stay!

Great TC stay

Girls weekend in TC spent at this beautiful home located on the west bay of Traverse City. Home was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Slept 8 of us comfortably. We all felt terribly spoiled staying in this home.

Perfect Spot for Proximity and Privacy

This is an amazing rental;especially for larger groups. Spacious and wonder accomodations. I look the king bed in the loft and slept SO well (for a pregnant woman). The views are phenomenal and very quietly tucked back from the road lakeside. Great location to put you outside TC but not too far to be inconvenient. Recommend times 10 and plan to be back!

The perfect home!!!

This is a beautiful home with an outstanding location. Private beach directly on the water. The home is spotlessly clean! Tastefully furnished and decorated. Kitchen large and well equipped. Wine country retreat

We really liked the property and will be staying here again next year. The location was great, the house was secluded from the road and was very peaceful. The waterfront is beautiful and great place for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a end of day sit around the fire.

Little slice of heaven

The house was not only clean and well organized, but was extremely functional. But the porch and view of the water from the house take you to your happy place. The little beach was perfect and we had a great time snorkeling. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! The location and the views were perfect. Like others have said in their reviews, there is another bedroom with two twin beds that isn’t listed. Great getaway for our family!
