I wished the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the pool. It was clean and ready our use. The property was very nice and the neighbors were friendly. The view is beautiful from the side patio off the master bedroom. Even more enjoyable walking down the cross street which gave you a full view of the mountains. The area was nice and quiet. We would definitely return for our next vacation!!

Nothing was as described in the information, No pool it was covered up, no grill, no basic supplies in kitchen (no salt pepper or coffee filters) only had 2 wash cloths, 2 bath towels and 4 hand towels (in 2 bathrooms), no pillows cases on any of the 4 beds and no cable tv only streaming. Home was in a nice safe neighborhood however we wish it had been a little more accurate to the description we read.

The listed guest were two people. There were 4 people hat stayed in the house. Cable TV is provided. All I received were complaints. The pool is kept covered to keep the dirt out when no one is there. It was never mentioned that the pool was covered up.

The property did what we needed for the weekend. Beds were fine. Pool was great. Victor was very communicative. The problems we ran into is the carpets DESPERATELY need to be replaced and the towels. Oh the towels. They provided one bath towel per person that were toddler sized. Couldn't wrap it all the way around our bodies. Great shower pressure though. You will need to bring your own body wash/body soap. Would we stay again? Sure.

Bathrooms were not clean. Location and neighborhood were convenient. Pool was incredibly cold and dirty. Master bathroom toilet light didn’t work. Alarm system beeped at random times. Communication was great & we appreciated the stay, but it could have been better.

This guest was a problem. The guest was informed that the pool is not heated. The pool was opened at the guest request and informed that it was very early in the year to open the pool. The guest broke the locked door into the garage. Check out is at 11:00 at 12:00 the cleaning lady had to ring the doorbell to get access to house to clean.

The place was filthy - floors not vacuumed, hair in bathtub, hair in the sheets and mouse droppings throughout. The pool was full of leaves and trash and it was 90 degrees inside when we arrived. We had to get a hotel because there was no way we were staying there. The host initially refused to refund any of our payment, but then agreed when I pressed for one. However, I only received a partial refund.

Everything was perfect: location was great. The pool was a nice addition. The neighborhood was nice. The place was wonderful for our needs.
