Nice little cabin

It was a nice little cabin but lacked windows in back of cabin but great lighting. Didn't like that for fire pit you sat in parking lot but they did make a little section with stone, flowers, and picnic table but section could be a little bigger so you can fit 4 better around fire pit. Plenty of fire wood. Beach is across road which is nice but road can be busy so be careful when crossing. Back of cabin has volley ball net and a little playground. Also horse shoes. Should maybe plant flowers back there too and a nice little sitting area just a suggestion. Great price for getting cabin 4 the week full kitchen. Just wish was on the lake and not have to cross a road. Boat launch across street was great as super close and convenient. Property manager always accessible by text. Wish essentials like tp and paper towels garbage bags were on site but we knew going there we needed to bring. They did have these items there 2 get you started which i appreciated. Keeps cost down I am sure. Needs one more AC but note most cabins had 2 ours only had one. I'm sure property manager will update as the place was clean no trash around and beautiful flowers arrangements up front by all the cabins and property manager is very nice.

Lakeside at Loon Lake

We came for a wedding and it was just what we needed. It was a perfect location to Lake George. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.

Raccoon retreat

The cabin location and surrounding areas were nice. The fireplace was pleasant and kept the house warm. Upon arrival we were disappointed as we discovered the cabin was much smaller than pictures on the website. The swings in the back are barely holding on very dangerous for children. cabin is in need of a leveling the entire house seems to be on an angle. The housekeeping could've been better. The floor felt sticky and dirty, some of the furniture was dirty. While I understand covid restrictions I was required to pack all bedding, pillows and towels ( which is a lot to pack for the whole family) it doesn't feel like a vacation when you have to make beds when you arrive.

Wonderful Cabin

This cabin was so adorable - the pictures online do not do it justice. Everything was super clean. Walt and Heidi were great to deal with. It's location is great for anything you want to do. Loved it and plan on going back!

Great time at Lake Loon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable for our family. Our kids loved swimming and playing at Lake Loon and there’s lots of outdoor activities to do nearby.

We came for our daughter’s dance competition which was in Glens Falls. It was about a 30 minute drive, but that was our fault because we booked so late figuring the competition wouldn’t happen because of Covid. The ride was a scenic view of mountains. Breathtakingly beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The cottage was spotless and spacious. We brought our two dogs and they were in heaven. There’s a big backyard to let them do their business and run around. If you decide to stay here please cook a lot in your cabin. It saves you a ton of money and it’s a homey feeling. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend.

Great place for family , including dog

We enjoyed our time. We brought our toddler and dog and the location was perfect. They enjoyed time outside running around. We found lots of activities that were close.

Great Adirondack getaway

We had a great time. Cabin was clean and as advertised. Close to lots of hikes (without being being crowded) and our 3-year-old loved playing at the lake across the street. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay, super clean, cozy, and owners are super helpful

I (30s) came with my sister (30s) and mother (60s) and 2 dogs. Walt was very helpful even before we left to come to the cabin. The place is very cozy and had everything we needed. Right as we walked in we were greeted with a bottle of wine as a house warming gift. My mother needs help walking around and the cabin gave us no problem with that. Cabin was close to basically anything you would need within 20 miles or less. Would definitely come back and highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay

We were highly pleased with the Lakeside at Loon Lake. The cabins were very clean and well equipped. The beach and lake across the way were lovely and use of the boats made it special. Walt was more than accommodating and readily available to answer any questions. A great vacation!

Chestertown cabin

Had a great wknd cabins were spacious and clean. Lots of activities for kids to do. Would highly recommend a stay hopefully be back in the near future. Walt was a pleasure to deal with

Loon Lake is one of the more beautiful lakes in the Adirondacks. It is fed by mountain streams as well as natural springs that keep the water moving all the time and in turns keeping it crystal clear. It is a small enough lake that is not commercialized, so this keeps the traffic on the lake to a minimum, but yet it is large enough to rent a boat and go skiing, tubing or fishing. There also is a beautiful sandy beach just a 100ft from the Lakeside that has a lifeguard on duty all summer. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE REGISTERED AND INSPECTED BY THE NYS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ALONG WITH OUR WATER SUPPLY. This give our guests that may be hesitant to use this type of booking PEACE OF MIND. :)
