No gatherings, events, or parties are allowed. Outside music is strictly prohibited.

Smoking:
The property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 penalty.
If smoking outside, please do so at a safe distance and properly dispose of all cigarette butts. Evidence of indoor smoking or cigarette litter may result in a $500 cleaning and odor-removal fee.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed. A $500 penalty applies for any unapproved pets.
