Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and future guests. Repeated noise complaints or failure to comply with quiet hours may result in penalties.

Pet Policy
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Dogs are not allowed on furniture at any time. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.
