Cindy was an excellent host and was very quick to communicate and let us know she was there if we needed any assistance! No issues with check in or check out and the house was clean and well kept. Quiet neighborhood and I loved that there was all different size rooms!

Cozy place for us to rest with easy access to our host who was very welcoming & went above & beyond with meeting all our needs. May definitely book again in the future if needed as it was exactly what we needed for a reasonable price

Very cozy, clean & inviting home. We really enjoyed staying at Sunshine Indy! If I had to complain about one thing it would be the firmness of the beds. Other than that, we loved it and Cindy is a terrific host! Would definitely come back again. :)

The house was nice, a good size for four adults and a baby for the a weekend were we didn't actually spend much time at the house. Communication between us and the owner was consistent, but I wish there had been instructions for how to use the smart door lock beyond just getting the passcode and that we had gotten a heads up about the major road construction you had to get through to get to the neighborhood. This is also maybe not a major deal, definitely not make-or-break, but it was a little disappointing to spend 200 a night and have really stiff mattresses and single-ply toilet paper. It was perfectly serviceable for a two night stay where we spent almost all of the day out in the city, but anything longer than that would have been a bit tight.

It could have been cleaner. The carpet was very dingy, felt dirty. Spiders all over the bathroom. The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable. The lock on the door was very difficult to use and you had to enter the code 5-6 times before it would work each time you used it.

Thank you for letting us know about some spiders. No one has ever said anything like that before. We will have the home sprayed again. We actually have NO carpet in the home at all, just a few area rugs. Unfortunately we just had a bad guest a couple weeks ago that spilled red wine all over our yellow and white area rug in the living room. We are working on getting it cleaned or replaced. Thank you
