Manchester Cottage

This little first floor cottage apartment, is attached to a bigger house with one family living in a separate apt. space. Each apartment has their own private entrance. It is located in the middle of Manchester Center. Walking distance to the charming downtown, including Northshire Bookstore, cafes, and Greyhound stop. There are lovely parks, restaurants, shops, and galleries just steps away. Park your car out front of the apartment and never have to drive while you stay, a very walkable town.

The apartment is located in the back of a carriage house, the main carriage house occupies a small family of two. The apartment our guests stay is attached to this larger carriage house, with the entrance located in the back of that building and is entirely private, no spaces are shared. We have most amenities you would need for the bathroom and kitchen, including plenty of towels.
Guest access
The apartment space is private, with a parking space right outside the front door. It is a contactless check in, meaning simply when you book a stay with us, we unlock the cottage an hour prior to your arrival at check-in, at 3pm, we’ll send you an informational check in message a day prior to arrival with the details again.

There is an EV charging station across the street in the parking lot where Josiah Allen Real Estate company is located. In the same parking lot is where the Greyhound bus to Albany can be accessed. The property is also walking distance to most locations in Manchester Center, within a few minutes walk to most of the restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping boutiques our charming little town has to offer, including Northshire Bookstore!
