Welcome to Hawaiian Style! An oceanfront escape on Dana Point’s exclusive Beach Road. Private stairs drop you onto the sand—you can’t stay closer to the Pacific. This beautiful 3BR/2BA features designer finishes, a chef’s kitchen and amazing ocean views. Fall asleep to waves, sip sunrise coffee on the deck, and watch surfers, dolphins and even whales! Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Come escape the daily grind with us!

*Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines.

This lower-level home of a duplex has an open relaxed feeling starting with an ocean view great room with floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping ocean views and the nicely furnished deck. Relax on the beautiful redwood deck or on a lounge chair in the sand and watch birds and dolphins play as you sunbathe, read, catch up with one another, have a barbecue, take in a sunset, or watch the brilliant starlit skies. Swim, surf, or paddleboard, take a walk, bicycle on an ocean path to Dana Point Pier, run down the beach, kayak, go boating, or play golf at a nearby course.

BEDROOMS / SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary Suite:
King-size bed, full ensuite bathroom, closet, and 50` TV.

Bedroom 2:
Queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway shared with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3:
Full bed and one twin bed with a shared full bathroom.

Living Room:
Stylish couch, two sitting chairs, 65` TV, dining table for 8, and breathtaking ocean views.

HEAT, NO AC:
The home has central heat. As with most oceanfront homes in the area, there is no air conditioning.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen designed to make you feel at home, complete with an 8-seat dining table.

LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart. Enjoy a stylish sofa, ample seating, and a large 65` TV ideal for watching sports or unwinding with a great movie after a beach-filled day.

OUTSIDE:
Enjoy some of the world’s best ocean views from your private oceanfront deck—you can’t get any closer. Relax with outdoor seating, grill your favorite meals on the BBQ, sunbathe on the couch loungers, and take in the fresh ocean breeze from your front-row beachfront seats.

PARKING:
Maximum of 2 vehicles. Private parking includes 1 car garage space and 1 tandem space directly behind the garage.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high-speed WiFi. Kitchens include a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, and blender.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES:
Properties are equipped with basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. A spice rack with salt and pepper is provided. No additional cooking supplies or ingredients are included (oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
An initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper is provided.

OTHER ITEMS:
Bath and pool towels are provided based on maximum occupancy. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire home via a secure keyless entry system. A unique code is issued for each reservation and remains active throughout your stay, allowing for a seamless and safe check-in process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time. Check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request during the week of your stay, at no additional cost if we are able to accommodate.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
No. All homes feature keyless entry. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Homes are fully furnished and include a kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Cooking and serving items such as plates, bowls, utensils, can opener, corkscrew, and measuring spoons are included. Bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap are provided. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, AND TOYS?
Yes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO THE HOME?
We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home due to multiple parties having access. We cannot be responsible for delivered packages.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No. Please bring your own Bluetooth-enabled devices.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No pets are allowed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE- We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate (2) is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount (2) will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
