Welcome to Hawaiian! Located in the Riviera of the West, an ultra-private, gated beachfront community on Beach Road, this single-level duplex is ideal for family or group getaways. The 3BR/2BA home features designer finishes, a chef’s kitchen, and ocean views. Fall asleep to the sound of waves, enjoy sunrise coffee on the deck, and watch surfers, dolphins, and whales. Escape the daily routine with us.
This lower-level duplex features an open, relaxed atmosphere, beginning with a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. Enjoy the furnished redwood deck or lounge chairs on the sand while watching birds and dolphins. Sunbathe, read, barbecue, or take in sunsets and starlit skies. Nearby activities include swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, walking, biking to Dana Point Pier, running on the beach, kayaking, boating, and golfing.
*Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines.
No air conditioning. Central heat only. This is standard for most oceanfront properties.
BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Primary suite: King-size bed with a full ensuite bath, and a 50` TV.
Bedroom 2: One queen bed and access to a shared full bath.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with one full and one single bed, and a shared full bath.
LIVING AREA:
This vacation home features well-appointed furnishings, including a stylish sofa, ample seating, and a 65` TV for watching sports, relaxing with a movie, or enjoying the exceptional ocean views.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range, cookware, dishware, utensils, a spice rack, and other essentials.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
Beach toys and chairs are provided.
Private laundry room.
TOWELS & LINENS:
Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
Iron and ironing board.
THINGS TO KNOW:
No air conditioning.

The HOA enforces strict gate entry and parking policies.
Located near train tracks.
One security camera faces the driveway, and another faces the ocean to monitor high tide.
Beachfront properties are exposed to salt air and sand daily. Please ensure you are comfortable with these conditions before booking. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside. No exceptions.
No pets are allowed. The HOA enforces strict rules for renters, and violations will result in additional fees.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
The outdoor shower is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is best suited for quieter groups. The rental agreement includes a strict no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, or parties. Deposit forfeiture or eviction may result from violations.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

We are located in the Riviera of the West, an exclusive gated beachfront community. The property is minutes from downtown Dana Point and San Clemente, 15 minutes from Laguna Beach, and 30 minutes from Newport Beach.
GUEST ACCESS
Access is through the HOA security gate only. Registration is required.
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued before arrival.
No physical keys are required.

Check-out: 11 AM
Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability.
CLEANING:
Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
PACKAGE DELIVERY:
Package delivery is not permitted, as mailbox access is unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking).
TRAVEL INSURANCE- We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate (2) is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount (2) will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
